  • Clients may request to reschedule or cancel appointments.

  • Appointments canceled 72 hours or less before the scheduled time are eligible for a 25% refund of the deposit.

  • Appointments canceled more than 72 hours in advance may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

  • Refund eligibility is determined at the discretion of Melissa R. Murwira based on service terms.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Service Packages, Digital Products & Special Offers

 

 

  • Refunds for service packages, digital products, or consultations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refund requests must be submitted with proof of purchase and relevant documentation.

  • Services that have been fully delivered and used are generally non-refundable, except in cases of service errors or issues verified by our team.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Refund Approval & Timeline

 

 

  • All refund requests are reviewed and must be approved by Melissa R. Murwira or the authorized team.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on banks or payment providers.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

 

 

  • Services that have already commenced, partially delivered, or fully used may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Fees related to third-party services, taxes, or additional costs incurred outside the direct service are non-refundable.
